Colombo and suburbs: 2–3 working days, Rs 350
Island-wide: 3–5 working days, Rs 350
Free delivery on orders of Rs 5,000 or more, anywhere in Sri Lanka

Trusted delivery partners: we work with trusted local couriers to get your parcel to you safely and on time, packed with care so little clothes arrive clean and ready to wear.
Cash on delivery: available island-wide. Pay the courier when your parcel arrives, with no extra fee.

Frequently asked questions

Which areas count as Colombo and suburbs?
Colombo 1–15 and nearby areas such as Nugegoda, Kotte, Rajagiriya, Battaramulla, Dehiwala, Mount Lavinia, Maharagama, Malabe, Kaduwela, Athurugiriya, Homagama, Piliyandala and Moratuwa. Not sure about yours? Type your town into the delivery checker on any product page to see your exact charge and delivery time.

Can I send it to a different address, like the grandparents'?
Yes, just enter their address at checkout. If you'd rather they had nothing to pay at the door, choose bank transfer instead of cash on delivery.

I need it for a birthday or event. Will it arrive in time?
Message us on WhatsApp before you order with the date you need it by, and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.

What if nobody is home when the courier comes?
The courier tries to deliver twice. If they still can't reach you, the parcel comes back to us. Message us and we'll arrange to send it again.

My parcel is taking longer than expected.
Deliveries can take a little longer during festive seasons, public holidays and bad weather. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll check with the courier for you.

When does my order leave if I pay by bank transfer?
Cash on delivery orders are packed straight away. Bank transfer orders are packed as soon as your payment reaches us, so the sooner you transfer, the sooner it's on its way. See our Payment options.
